A Google alumna and Northwestern graduate, she founded Baeru to build the missing accountability infrastructure for the blue economy.
She leads a technology-enabled frontline of coastal women who recover plastic directly from ocean waters.
Under her leadership, Baeru provides the AI-first traceability layer that bridges the gap between grassroots recovery and global compliance.
A multi-year UN Women WEPs Award recipient, Divya’s work is recognised by UNESCO, NITI Aayog, and the IndiaAI Mission for its impact on climate-resilient livelihoods and verifiable circular supply chains.
